Congratulations to the following Business and Information Technology educators who received special recognition at the 2008 SBEA Convention held in Louisville, KY on October 29 - November 1:

Shirley Cash, Business and Information Technology teacher at Osbourn High School in Manassas, was named the 2008 SBEA Secondary Teacher of the Year.
Linda Davis, associate professor in the Administrative Support Technology Department of Virginia Western Community College in Roanoke was recognized as the 2008 SBEA Postsecondary Teacher of the Year.
Beth Downey, Business and Information Technology coordinator for Fairfax County Public Schools, received the 2008 Supervisor Distinguished Service Award.
